How To Make Your BLOG Post On Facebook Automatically

For all you bloggers out there that would like to have your blog posts show up in Facebook, I’m about to show you the simplest method to do so without needing to write a single line of code. Facebook has a neat little feature called “Notes”, and up until recently I saw no real purpose to it. Well, that’s changed…

Since there isn’t a whole lot to tell you, let’s just jump right into this one. Head on over to http://facebook.com/editnotes.php

Blog Post To Facebook Wall

From there, if you haven’t imported a blog already, you simply need enter your blog’s URL (http://arvo.im in my case), tick the check box, and click the Start Importing button. Give it a minute to pull all your posts, after which you’ll receive confirmation that Facebook has pulled all your blog posts. All you need to do now is click the Continue button or the Confirm Import button and you’re set.

From this point forward, Facebook will pull all your new blog posts automatically. Yeah, I know… I told you it was simple. There is one slight downfall to using the “Notes” feature of Facebook, all of the images you attach to your blog posts will fail to show up in your “Notes”. That part kinda sucks, but at least all of the textual content gets pulled and there is a link back to your original blog post.

If there is enough demand, maybe I’ll develop a better solution to what Facebook Notes accomplishes. Blog to Fan Page? Blog to Group? Blog as a Profile Tab? Any of these should be able to be easily accomplished using the Facebook API.

Not one of my best shares, I know, but this should help the few that have asked how to get their blog posts to show up on Facebook Walls. If this helped you in any way, please let me know by posting some comments below.
